The image shows a woman wearing a hat backwards against a dreamlike background. I was inspired by a night dream from which I suddenly woke up with the following sentence: « You have to put on a hat the size of your dream. » This experience led me to ask myself: « How big is a dream? » Whether it is a waking dream or not, enclosing it in a hat of a defined size would, in my opinion, prevent it from being open, in dialogue with what is outside us, in connection with the collective… So I put my hat backwards so that it is open to all possibilities.

L’image présente une femme portant un chapeau à l’envers sur un fond onirique. Je me suis inspirée d’un rêve nocturne dont je me suis brusquement réveillée avec la phrase suivante : « Il faut mettre un chapeau de la taille de son rêve ». Cette expérience m’a amené à me demander : « Quelle est la taille d’un rêve ? ». Qu’il s’agisse d’un rêve éveillé ou non, l’enfermer dans un chapeau de taille définie l’empêcherait selon moi d’être ouvert, en dialogue avec ce qui nous est extérieur, en lien avec le collectif… Je mets donc mon chapeau à l’envers pour qu’il soit ouvert à tous les possibles.
